Pentathlon Camps

Need to entertain the kids? Looking for camps to keep the kids busy? They will LOVE fencing at the Cheyenne Fencing Society and Modern Pentathlon Center of Denver.

​

Time: 10am - 3pm

Early Drop off and Late Pickup are available - lowest rates in Denver.

Shooting at the OTC Summer Camps for kids

We run Summer Pentathlon Camps, Fall Camps, Winter Camps and Spring camps at our Denver fencing Club

​
Challenge your child with the rewarding Olympic sport of Modern Pentathlon run at our Denver fencing club.

Improving their endurance, focus and let them experience a wonderful community of athletes.​

  • Time: 10am - 3pm

  • Early drop off - no extra charge - (Inform Elaine of dates and times)

  • Late pickup to 6:00pm - $10 per day (to be confirmed)

  • All equipment included

  • Limited capacity so sign up early

  • All pentathlon kids camp participants are welcome to join us for the afternoon class for the late pick-up charge of $10. Late pickup to 6:00pm - to be confirmed with Elaine.

  • Join the club for 2 months ($360) and get a FREE week of camp​

  • Register online or call Elaine at 720-838-4225 (best time 1:00 PM-3:30 PM)

 

Prices of Pentathlon Camp

$500 per 5 day camp week (15% discount on day rate) or

$408 per 4 day camp week (15% discount on day rate) or

$118 for single days (no discounts on single days)

​

You can schedule single days at the per day cost.

Members get 20% discount on all camps.

​

 

Spring Break Camp Dates (March 24 to 27, 2025)

​(no discounts on single days)

  • 4 days, Monday to Thursday / March 24 to 27, 10 am to 3 pm

  • $408 for all 4 days or $118 per day (no discount on single day)

  • Get an extra 15% discount if you sign up by March 10

Summer Break Camp Dates (June to August 2025)

​(no discounts on single days)

  • 4 days, Monday to Thursday 

  • $118 per day or $408 for all 4 days

  • Sign up by May 31st and get an extra 15% discount

Modern Pentathlon Camp description
​

Cheyenne Fencing Society and Modern Pentathlon Center camps in Denver are designed to provide introductory fencing, shooting and running instruction, taking into account the performance levels of each individual camper. The typical daily schedule includes two fencing practice sessions combined with other fun games and activities including running, and air pistol shooting. Camp competitions are scheduled for the last camp day. An excellent student/ instructor ratio is maintained to provide individual coaching attention for each student.

The training camp will focus on conditioning, footwork, drills and bouting. Including the following.

 

  • Footwork

  • Bladework

  • Flexibility

  • Strength

  • Bouting

  • Games

  • Practice laser pistol shooting

  • ​

  • Instruction

  • and much MORE

 

The kids have a lot of fun and love to come and see our club mascots- the club pets.

 

Regular afternoon classes are held from 4:00-6:00 and will continue to run during the camp week.

​

All pentathlon kids camp participants are welcome to join us for the afternoon class for the late pick-up charge of $10.
