SET UP AN ACCOUNT AND CREATE A LOGIN FOR THE STUDENT

Please create an account for each child/student - use the student's name on this form:
e.g., Field - First name is child or students name
Follow these instructions

  1. New Account Set up -Form below

  2. Create an account for the student

  3. Note your sign in email and password. 

  4. You will be asked to agree to a waiver.

  5. If you have additional family members you wish to bring along, you will need to complete this form for each Family Member​
